Integration activation failed

We are having a supplier integration in OIC to update supplier details. We are using ERP adapted to to achieve the same. The integration is working as expected in lower OIC env. But after importing the same integration in other env when trying to activate the activation is failed with below error.

Integration XXXXX_XX_IS (1.0) cannot be activated.
The WSDL connection ERP_CONN_DEV has been modified in the action test. Failed to located the service endpoint for the service {http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/prc/poz/suppliers/supplierServiceV2/}SupplierService.

We already tried refreshing the Metadata in the connection and regenerated the endpoint inside the integration. Also we deleted the ERP adapted connection inside the integration and recreate the same adapted and used it but still the same error is coming while activating.
