Can we generate an approval status report at the user level using System Reports

We have enabled Workflow at Entity > Customer Combination. Created security groups for entities and customers and placed users under them, with the same security groups assigned to workflow.

When we generate the Approval Status Report (from System Reports), at the Current Owner and Next Owner columns, it shows security groups. This is correct as we assigned security groups to Workflow, not at the users.

Do we have any option to generate this report at the user level, e.g., in the report, we want to see the user name who was part of the current and next owner security groups?
