There is discrepancy in life rules between creating asset from the(UI) and creating asset from ADFDI

Summary: When we add an asset from the UI and assign the parent asset before submitting or posting the asset, the life rules are updated on the FA page only. However, when we add an asset from ADFDI, assign the parent asset, and then check the asset under 'Ready to Post' in the FA page before submission, the asset does not inherit the parent asset's life. Therefore, we need clarification on whether the asset's life rule calculation occurs before or after posting the asset.
