Issue with RF Prompting for Location Scan Before Picking in Movement Based Replenishment Process

After all the LPNs from the picking location are moved to the pallet, the RF device prompts for the destination location to replenish to.

However, before picking it asks me to scan the location. How can I resolve this issue? It should not prompt at beginning, it should prompt at last.
