Risk Management Cloud supplier email domain change

Hi RMC Team,

Our client is looking for a configuration control on the supplier's email address on domain changes. For example, a supplier contacts with the email address test@abc.com has now changed the email address to test@xyz.com. We need the control to return email address changes on the domain value only. Can you help us how to build this model in RMC?
