how to set a different color theme for production and non-production environment

We have enabled the Redwood theme for both our production and non-production environments. However, we would like to differentiate between the two environments by using different colors. How can we achieve this?

I noticed that there are only two available options, and I don't see any option for changing colors, whereas other themes provide this capability.
