In Oracle Demand planning notes audit trails

In Oracle Demand planning, if i change any existing notes (Initially created by any other users) under specific cell of a table . If i check the history of that notes , its saying what has changed but not showing full audit trail like who and when the notes was changed.

So, can we track the audit trail of Notes also under specific cell of the table? Do we have any setup ?
