Is there a way to capture who changed and what changed in user data table (audit)

Summary:

I know you can look at admin logs to determine who updated a User Data table and when it was changed, but is there a way to get more granular than that so that a specific data element in a User Data table can be audited?

Please note: The users have several very noisy live data tables so the Admin logs are also noisy and even sifting through the "who updated what table" is a challenge.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Example: A table of branches and associated branch managers is maintained in a User Data Table. The users would like to know that on MM/DD/YYYY, user John Smith updated the branch manager on row 130 (or for Branch 1) or something similar to that.

Howdy, Stranger!
