Manage Sourcing rule task in Purchasing

Summary:

In EBS we had option to define Sourcing rules in Purchasing as well as in ASCP planning module. However, in Fusion we see that Sourcing rules can be defined and maintained in GOP/Planning Central.

Is there a way to maintain sourcing rules in Purchasing as GOP/Planning is out of scope for us. The Sourcing rules that we define in Fusion will be used by a legacy planning system for buy recommendation.

Would like to know if Manage Sourcing rule task in Purchasing is available or any alternate way to store this information?
