User with Product Data Steward & Product Manager Roles Sees All Items (Security Concern)

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to the Oracle Community for some assistance with a security concern related to user roles in Oracle.

Client Scenario:

My client has a user assigned with both the "Product Data Steward" and "Product Manager" roles, allowing them to create and manage items within the system. However, the user is able to view and edit items belonging to other organizations, even though they shouldn't have access to data outside their specific organization.

Desired Outcome:

We need to prevent this user (and any future users with similar roles) from seeing or modifying items that belong to organizations they are not explicitly granted access to. We want to ensure data security and maintain clear ownership boundaries within the system.
