why cant my user see AAC outputs?

I'm sure this will have been asked previously but cannot locate answer - sorry..

I have tester setup as editor (also tried 'owner') of user assignments group of several AACs that once ran, generate AAC output entries.

same user is included in each AAC 'worklist assignment' list.

yet, when i log in as user/tester the AAC outputs remain zero. I have tried re-running Controls after adding user to lists to no avail.

what am I missing? does some Sync need to run?
