Attention: Workaround for potential document overrides

With the 24.4.1 (June Maintenance Pack deployed to production on June 17th) release the ‘FasDocumentReceiptEvent’ API was updated to override previous documents submitted if the External Document ID was the same as a previously submitted document. This has the potential to make updates to awards if you were expecting subsequent documents to be persisted and not overridden with the receipt of the second document. We are working on implementing a solution that will still allow you to submit documents with non-unique External Document IDs, however in the mean time as a workaround documents can be re-loaded and persisted with updates
