Customizing Supplier Qualification (Procurement - Discretionary Roles) Edit and Create Functions

Summary:

We created a custom role from ‘Supplier Qualification’. This role necessitates the Manage questions and Manage Qualification Areas. The stipulation is that only the owner can modify their entries, but they can view entries made by others without the ability to edit them. Are there any privileges that might encompass this? I attempted to remove the ‘Supplier Qualification Administration’ privilege, but it seems to also include creation and editing tasks even if you are the owner. Is there an alternative approach available?
