Drill through via forms not working - "Drill down query did not return any result"

Summary: Drill through via forms is not working - throws error: Drill down query did not return any result.

We have enabled drill through via Data exchange > Options. It is working well while drilling through from Data load workbench. However, when we click on the same amount (level zero) via forms, it opens a new tab and shows error: Drill down query did not return any result. Error log attached.

Please assist with a solution for this. Thank you in advance.
