NSPB Reporting currency not showing any amount even Input currencies are showing

in EPM Platform and Freeform 2 comments

Hello Community,

I'm having an issue with currencies in NSPB.

I have integrated data from NetSuite for the input currency USD. I also have exchange rates integrated.

I need to be able to show income statement for input AND reporting currencies (two columns), in this specific case USD (input currency) and CAD (reporting currency), but its not working. All business rules were run and still not showing any amount.

Does anyone already had this issue? How this was solved?
