Will I need to update the Administrator groups policy for update 24b?

Going through the pre-conversion checklist, there is a section for policies setup in oracle cloud. Post conversion the checklist mentions you now need the identity domain name:

Currently it looks like we have 1 policy that was set up: "ALLOW GROUP Administrators to manage all-resources IN TENANCY"

Does this have to be updated? It looks like this didnt have any references to the domain name as per the pre-conversion checklist steps or can we leave it as is?
