Custom Role support by Oracle Support/development team
Summary:
Dear Team,
We have created multiple custom roles for our fusion SCM Implementation, which is created either by copying from existing oracle standard roles or created the custom role from scratch by adding only desired role/privileges.
However we have an query, after creating these new custom roles in fusion application. Any issues/errors/query related to these custom roles created in application, can we reach out to Oracle Support Team via service request? Similar to product functional queries/errors ? Please confirm back.
We wanted to check if Oracle Support team does support any issues/errors/query related to any custom roles or do we have any restriction.
