Rail Planning options doesn't appears once I choose any value of those (COFC/TOFC)

Rail bulk Planning doesn't give options once I choose any value of those (COFC/TOFC) despite I am choosing equipment group profile ID in the Itinerary that carries inside it an Equipment Group ID with checked box "Container" (In case I chooses COFC "Container on Flat Car" as mentioned in the attached screen shot)

Choosing rate offering with Transport mode: Rail

Mode Profile ID in Itinerary: Rail

Once I chooses the field to be blank all options appears, but once I choses any option of (COFC/TOFC) the show routing option gives no any options.
