Accounting Data Archive and Purge Retention Policy period

Summary:

Just wanted to clarify on the retention policy for Account Data Archiving and Purging.

This feature has yet to be enabled in our system and our concerns are regarding to its coverage.

If we enable this Until Archive and/or Until Purge, for example: specifying 5 fiscal years for archiving and 2 fiscal years for purging:

• For archiving, will this cover from the current period(FY24) moving forward, keeping FY24-FY29 accounting data?
• For the purging, will this only purge once 2 fiscal years has been covered from archived period?
• For example, FY24-FY29 has been archived as it has already passed the retention period. Once 2 fiscal years has passed
