Eloqua Product Notice: Yahoo is making changes and action is no longer required [Aug 2024] - Updated
⚠️ AUG 15, 2024 UPDATE: We have now implemented the Dual DKIM FBL solution for all Eloqua customers. Furthermore, we're happy to share that there is no action required by Eloqua customers, and Y! Complaints are now being received, processed, and reported for all Eloqua customers.
This applies to all customers, in that every Eloqua customer is enrolled in the Y! FBL regardless of if they have previously enrolled, or want to enroll in the future (thus no additional Eloqua action would be required when/if they choose to enroll)
Should you be experience any issues with receiving complaints from Y!, please open an SR so that our team can investigate further.
