WMS-Cloud Cycle Count setup questions

Are the following requirements able to be met by the WMS-Cloud Cycle Counting process? If so, kindly advise the required setups to the Cycle Count configurations.

1) Automatically initiate a cycle count for a Location based on the Last Counted Date + X months

2) Exclude items in Picked/Packed status from the Location count; initiate cycle count only for items that are Allocated or Unallocated in that Location.
