Level 02 Organization Name are not generating in the HR Help Desk Reports
There is a requirement to include the Level 02 Organization Name in the Help Desk Report. However, after adding the columns 'Level 02 Organization Name' and the suitable fact column from the subject area 'Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time', the data for these two columns was not displayed in the report.
For further investigation, we created a separate report using the subject areas 'Help Desk - HR Service Request Real-Time' and 'Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time'. We selected appropriate fact columns to ensure the generated data does not include duplicates. However, when we added the Agent Name column to the report, we observed that data related to the employee and their service requests was not displayed.
