integrating HCM with EPM cloud

Hi All

We are trying to integrate HCM cloud with EPM cloud. For doing that, we need to import EPM extracts / formats/metadata into HCM cloud as HCM extracts.

As per below documentation, I am trying to find below page in HCM cloud, but I am unable to find this. Can any one please guide how to find this navigation in HCM cloud? where should i upload my epm extracts in HCM cloud? step by step please.

is it that the navigation flow has changed in HCM or I dont have the right access (I have BI administration role and Integration consultant role granted in HCM)
