Do all view tables hold data constantly or is there a process to get the information to show

Hello, I'm using the view FND_BPM_TASK_HISTORY_VL to see the history of tasks and approvals for transactions. This is to create a report to show the approval workflow for transactions in greater detail.

I created this at the end of June so didn't notice anything wrong until July. It seems like this view doesn't hold live transaction_id's in the table? Transaction ID are seeming to appear in the table after some sort of process. One day it's empty, and a few days later the transactions start to show. Context_id in the view in question.

These transactions you can see in the transaction console. The approvals have happened, but not showing in the view until later on.
