Actionable bell notification within Oracle Fusion for notifications originating from PCS

Description (Required):

Enabling approval and rejection action buttons via bell notifications within the Oracle Fusion application for notifications originating from PCS. Currently, we invoke a web service to display notifications; however, we are unable to include actionable buttons within them.

Below is the REST API used for displaying the Notification:

We are seeking to enable the functionality of the Bell Notification in Springboard (screenshot below) :

Users should be able to take action from the bell notifications within the Oracle Fusion application for notifications originating from PCS
