Is there an oracle bug for job family update that is not synching in the RBS configuration on PPM?

Summary:

Initially, there was a new job family configured in line with the client requirement but there was a change request raised to rename it.

Initial Name = Tech & Digital

Updated Name = Digital

The configuration above has effect in the setup of RBS (Resource Breakdown Structures), specifically for the resource format of Organization:Job.

When we tried to create a new record in the Manage Planning Resource Breakdown Structure under the Organization format using the renamed job family, at first, the new renamed job family can be selected and saved.

Then when you open it again, it will go back to the original name, which is odd as the Job and Job Family configuration were already changed.
