Contract Status to show if the fulfillment line is ready for agreement creation

Is there a Contract Status to show if the fulfillment line is ready for agreement creation?

In the Contracts screen, it only shows contracts with status active. Is there a way or a report to show which contracts has or has not been generated an agreement? User has to go to each contract and check the status of the fulfillment line.
