How to add a new VBCS backend to access APIs from an OIC other than the default?

Summary:

In Visual Builder, I need to access OIC flows from a different Defualt instance, but which are in the same OCI environment. I need to create new Service Connections in a VBCS application.

Current server to create service connections: https: //xxxxxx-prd-xxxxxxxxx .integration.ocp.oraclecloud. com :443

I need to add this new OIC Instance in VBCS: https: //xxxxxx-prd-ar-xxxxxxxxx .integration.ocp.oraclecloud. com :443
