How to filter reopened reconciliations in ARCS

A history of a reconciliation is clearly showing that EPM_Batch scipt reopened reconciliation due to balance change. But we need an attribute that can show list of reopened reconciliations. Can you please help us to retrieve reopened reconciliations please?

the purpose is, we have a FCCS task which is automatically close if a set of reconciliations are closed in ARCS. Having said that, business wants FCCS task to be reopened if corresponding set of reconciliations which are connected to FCCS task is reopened due to balance change.
