Redwood Personalization Helper Screen

Summary:

I downloaded the 24B exe file version for my windows computer, I was able to open the download and saw the following screen. I did click close out this screen (without filling out any information) and have not been able to access this again. I have tried deleting the files, restarting my computer, redownloading with a new download file and still unable to pull this screen.

I believe I am receiving the following error messages when attempting to install the software because my inability to access the first screenshot.

I receive this error when I try to install this piece of software. I tried all the actions provided, ‘try again,’ ‘skip this file’ and still end up receiving this error ‘select action’ screen.
