Enable mobile Web for Fusion's PR/PO/Finance and system admin modules

Hi all,

Would like to know how to enable the mobile web for Fusion application?

For example, when I logon to Fusion application from my phone's safari browser, there's apparently quite a lot of modules not showing in the Navigator:

However, when I use my desktop's browser (Chrome) to login Fusion application, I do have many modules authorized.

May I ask what is missing in the configuration to turn on the mobile Web?
