I've created a report using Workforce Learning - Learning Records Real Time subject area. The following are the columns in the report:

"Offering Activity Section Information"."Activity Section Title"

CASE WHEN "Offering Activity Attempt Information"."Activity Section Attempt Status" = 'ORA_ASSN_TASK_COMPLETED' THEN 'Complete' ELSE 'Pending' END

"Offering Activity Section Information"."Activity Section Id"

I am trying to return only the highest value for "Offering Activity Section Information"."Activity Section Id" if there is more than one row returned for the same user. As the example below shows:
