Cannot delete final Trading Partner

Trying to delete all Trading Partners

Successfully delete 39 of 40, one remaining.

Last Trading Partner will not delete. The "Delete" Action button responds, the page refreshes, the popup "Your relationship to the trading partner has been removed. To add them back as part of your profile, you will need to submit a new relationship request." appears, but the Trading Partner remains.

How to delete this final Trading Partner?
