Unmatched accrual balances infolet on receipt accounting dashboard - No data available

Hi there,

After I did all the receipt accounting processes, the Unmatched Accrual Balances infolet still did not have any data to show, the hint: No data available.

Is anything wrong with my PO Receipt accrual reconciliation process?

My steps:

1. Transfer Transactions from Receiving & Cost to Costing.

2. Create Receipt Accounting Distribution.

3. Create Accounting - for Receipt Accounting

4. Match Receipt Accruals

5. Run the Accrual Reconciliation Report, I can get the data.

But still, no data is shown in the Unmatched accrual balances infolet.

Please help!
