Conversion from monthly periods to daily periods

We have an application enabled for both Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching. We are currently using monthly periods where we are loading BAI transactions from Mon to Fri and Subledger transactions/balances from Tues to Sat. We have group recons and other processes which just uses RC.

We are currently facing issue of duplicate data load for BAI transactions. We tried using key id as an option but there is no unique identifier value in the bai trans.

We want to explore the June update of Bank Statement verification option for BAI transactions which necessitates the requirement of daily periods.
