Country Of Residence DFF not found in Spain Localization in Oracle Fusion

Summary:

We are currently in the process of data mapping for Localizations from R12 to Oracle Fusion and we cannot find the equivalent field of the below in the Supplier Header > Regional Information

Country Of Residence

Is this Global Attribute for Spain has been removed in Oracle Fusion?

If not, may we know the equivalent field or it's not required anymore?
