The Pricing Strategy was not determined for the current transaction - Steps to solution

I had to deal with this error and opened an SR without success.
Here are the steps I followed based on pure logic.
- Reset Start Date at the same date and time (ie. 04:00) for Price List, Pricing Segments, Pricing Strategy and Pricing Strategy assignments. If it does not work right away, delete assignments and recreate;
- I removed Business Unit (recommended in Doc Id. 2454194.1) from Pricing Strategy Assignment. It seems to work for our setup.
That's it!
I was then able to open Create Order screen without errors. And was able to select Items with different UOM as lsted in Price List.
