Thoughts on how to Map Benefits/Plan information from Seeded HCM Extract?
Summary:
We are following the recommended OOTB HCM extract with workforce for all related information. The last time we are trying to get into the system is benefit information. We have adjusted the integration to include in the source: Plan Type, Plan Amount, Benefit Amount. We are struggling to figure out how to map these as currently it brings only one benefit per employee (when an employee can have more than one).
Is there a best practice way with the out of the box workforce to map these source accounts? How can we get it to load to the children of this benefits parent "OWP_Total Benefits"? Is there a syntax to use in data management to have it flow correctly or does it work by mapping it to the parent itself? Screenshots below of current set up.
