Approvals Configuration for Reports

Summary:

This was basically a requirement by an client who need an approach for delivering the configuration of the business rules to facilitate internal charges in the Records to Reports section.

I am assuming it as approvals configuration needs to be done to generate reports from the records. Is there any configurations to achieve this?
