Attachment Categories for Manufacturers

Hi We are trying to add new Attachment Categories for Manufacturers.
under Attachments tab for Manufacturers, How to add Attachment categories.

Navigate to Manufacturer-->Attachment tab-->add (+) Attachment --> Category : List of Values
Currently we have "Miscellaneous" for Category List of values, how can we add a new Category.
