warning pop up when user submit approval

Hello everyone,

When using the approval flow, I realized that when the user presses "change Status" to promote, there are no pops or warnings.

So my question is:

How can we configure that after the user presses change status, there is a pop-up or warning to show whether the action ran successfully or not?
