How to add a new account on Oracle Mobile Authenticator

Summary:

I am the Identity domain administrator for our tenacy. A while back it became mandatory to set up MFA to login to IDCS. At that time, i setup Oracle Mobile Authenticator and added the account information (I don't remember how I did it)


Recently, I bought a new mobile phone and installed the OMA. Now i am not able to "Add account" because I don't know where to find a QR code or to provide the account information.
I looked at all sorts of documentation and couldn't find anything that helps
