How to tune archive step in Extract Run

How to tune archive step in Extract Run

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi Team,

Greetings!

We have been observing the slowness on the HCM extract runs.

As per observation - majority of the time is consumed with the archive step (subprocess) i.e. the required data (e.g. 9000 records) gets identified /filtered out of 400K records with all the processing completing in 1 hour but archive information step runs for 10 hours .

Has anyone found better ways to improve the extract run performance especially on the archive information part?

Thanks,

Parag
