ERP OIC Callback Error - TBA Token Received In FA EHF Callback Request Is Not Valid
Summary:
We have a Receive Callback Message upon completion of FBDI bulk Import Job in OIC which stopped working after we migrated to Cloud Console. We have allowlisted in OIC the IP address that Oracle has provided but that didn't work.
We had to allow-list another IP as per documentation: Document 2698639.1 (oracle.com) which enabled the callback to be triggered again.
However, we are now encountering this error:
Error while processing at Trigger. Error Message : TBA Token received as part of EHF_TOKEN_HEADER in FA EHF Callback Request is null.
Oracle docs Doc ID 3004346.1 says this error is in the FA side.
