OIC Gen3: Include ability to bulk refresh database connection metadata

During the migration from OIC Gen2 to Gen3, we needed to update database objects due to the instance ID change from numeric to alphanumeric. It would be very beneficial to have functionality on the UI to recollect metadata associated to database connections (e.g. to get changes associated to datatypes after objects have been updated) as there is for endpoints (i.e. "https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/application-integration/integrations-user/regenerate-wsdl-file-integrations.html").
