is 'My Receipts' supposed to shows all organization receipts or individual user's?

Summary:

Team members are seeing all the same purchase order receipts in the My Receipts. We were wondering if this should be based on certain user seeing certain receipts. We would like to understand if the 'My Receipts' tab supposed to show only that user's receipts or all organization receipts?

If the design is to show all organization receipts, how can a user search by 'Received by' to find only their receipts?
