Redwood hire an employee, can i set the Toggle(s) on/off by default?

Hello,
So my question is; our HR department when creating a record on Oracle for a new starter would always want to use the same screens and therefore would always toggle these on via the first page. Is there a way that I can set the toggles on, by default? Presently they are all set to be off, meaning extra clicks for the user.
