Why FSM export files do not contain the DFF fields defined for the Production resources?

We created few DFFs for the resources , while extracting the FSM file for Production resources , no DFFs were showing in the Extract , only the Seeded table data was available , is their any way we can extract the DFFs data and also can we do a mass upload of Dffs data through FSM or not?
