401 Authorization Required error when accessing VBCS from OIC 3.0

Summary:

I created a Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) instance through the OIC test environment. Initially, I accessed VBCS without issues for two days; since then, I've been encountering a "401 Authorization Required" error when trying to access it despite having the Service Administrator role for both OIC and VBCS.
