While entering the Payments during lease creation users want a provision for selecting the checkbox 'Arrears' default enabled for certain specific Payment templates. Can this requirement be achieved. Currently if the Arrear checkbox is not enabled there is no other way to update the already created payment. To enable that user has to recreate the payment again with enabling the checkbox. Is there any way we can achieve this requirement?
